Auto presa a ottobre 2023 in Tomasi auto a Mantova (fatto recensione pure lì appena presa ) con garanzia fino ottobre 2024!…..auto presa a 125mila km anno 2017 ….fatti seimila !km in sei! Mesi ….avete negato tutti i problemi che ha questa auto fin dal primo giorno che ho iniziato a portarla in officina ….l’ultima volta è stata martedì sempre lì da voi a Verona .-Una settimana prima l’ho fatta controllare in bmw !!. E Il vostro capo officina con molta tranquillità e menefreghismo e CON IL PREVENTIVO DI BMW SBATTUTO IN FACCIA HA NEGATO TUTTO DICENDO CHE L’ AUTO NON HA NULLA ! Auto guidata da lui 3 minuti e nemmeno messa sul ponte per essere controllata (almeno avessero fatto la finta di farlo così vedevano la cuffia esplosa lato passeggiero )morale, preventivo fatto in bmw di 4200 euro di braccetti anteriori usurati e, albero trazione lato passeggero usurato ….L’auto era ancora in garanzia fino ad ottobre di quest’anno e c’è stata un ‘ ASSISTENZA OFFICINA POST VENDITA INESISTENTE E OSTACOLATA DAL CAPO OFFICCINA ! Auto infine ritirata ( perdendoci 6 mila euro da ottobre ad oggi ) dal concessionario Tomasi auto di Verona ! Mi avete fatto passare per stupido ! L’unico che si è salvato e ha cercato in tutti i modi di trovare una soluzione è stato il mio venditore Edoardo !MAI PIÙ !
