Racconto molto brevemente La mia esperienza che é stata pessima!!!Marzo 2024 acquisto una citroen C4 Grand spacetourer del 2020 66000 km schine pack, ma vengo a sapere che é una schine normale,quindi pago un auto che non é quello che dicono e poi non sanno neanche che accessori ha la macchina... faccio notare la cosa e mi rimborsano con 250 € su (quale base non si sa )e dopo tira e molla. Giugno/Luglio2024 spia motore la porto e mi dicono che é il Fap molto probabilmente e che in pratica sono fatti miei e devo tirare fuori quasi 2000€, ma prima di farmi spendere tutti questi soldi mi propongono di provare a rimappare la centralina ( agosto gli lascio la macchina quindi in ferie non la uso) fatto pagare 250€ macchina in garanzia dopo che la macchina con la finanziaria la paghero 30000€. Chiami in ufficio o non rispondono o non c e un responsabile, quando ti rispondo ti dicono chiama in officina e quando chiami in officina di chiamare in ufficio. Faccio scrivere all'associazione consumatori a inizio novembre e ti rispondono quasi a metà gennaio... C e altro da scrivere in questo meraviglioso anno di garanzia ma non ho più voglia.
