PESSIMA ESPERIENZA DI ASSISTENZA A maggio 2025 sul noto sito di vendita auto on line, ho trovato l'annuncio che cercavo.... SUV del colore preferito con un chilometraggio e anno immatricolazione perfetti. Decido di finalizare direttamente in autosalone. Alla consegna delle chiavi, chiedo se ci fosse qualche copertura a garanzia, il venditore mi risponde che avendo alle spalle una storica officina non ci sarebbero stati problemi nell'arco dei 12 mesi. ... Bhe 6 mesi dopo trovo una macchia d'olio nel garage in prossimità del vano motore, vado dal mio meccanico di fiducia che mi identifica quale fosse il problema e mi stima un preventivo di circa 700€ per sistemare il problema (un semplice paraolio da pochi euro, ma per sostituirlo ci vogliono oltre le 8 ore di lavoro). Forte della parola data dal venditore lo contatto per fargli presente il problema, la prima cosa mi dice è : la macchina che ho acquistato, mi è stata si venduta da lui, ma in conto vendita, come vendita da tra privati e che quindi non è copertura da nessuna garanzia, ma per venirmi incontro e non farmi aspettare troppo tempo perché l'officina aveva tempi di attesa lunghi avrebbe affidato l'auto ad un suo collaboratore che mi avrebbe fatto un preventivo (assicurndomi che mi avrebbe trattato bene)... Morale della favola mi tiene ferma l'auto per 3 settimane (dalle parti di Biella) per avere un preventivo di 1000€ diventi 900 come miglior favore..... Mi sono fatto restituire l'auto ed ho effettuato la riparazione presso il concessionaria ufficiale a per 550€ (auto di cortesia compresa!!!!!!) Sur le chemin du retour en France, nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture et avons dû nous rendre dans plusieurs garages.
