Dopo aver acquistato 2 anni fa,auto nuova,nn ho fatto i tagliandi alla carservice per vari motivi,il più importante è la distanza(andata e ritorno 40km)Premetto fatto tutto in regola in officine autorizzate!!Ho avuto rottura pompa acqua con perdita liquido,auto ancora in garanzia solo 38000km difetto riconosciuto dalla casa.La CARSERVICE dopo ispezione mi prenota intervento in garanzia,da (REGGINI S.Marino),attesa 3 settimane,il giorno che devo lasciare l’auto mi dicono che la devo riportare il giorno dopo perché hanno sbagliato a dirmi il giorno,torno il giorno dopo(siamo già a 120km percorsi) Lascio l’auto alle19 e mi danno auto cortesia(TUTTO GRATUITO AUTO E SERVIZIO) alle21 mi chiamano dicendomi: Nn hai nessuna fattura nostra,quindi nn ci assumiamo la responsabilità di portare la tua auto.Io rispondo che si doveva accertare subito che nn avevo fatto i tagliandi lì,ormai avete preso appuntamento,ho aspettato 3 settimane e fatto 120km a vuoto,(con la paura che l’auto potesse aggravarsi con danni ben più gravi),vi pago tutto(auto di cortesia,servizio e disturbo)ma nn c’è stato verso sono stato abbandonato,con modi insofferenti e indispettiti Vado all’officina COMEDINI GIORGIO (puntopro)che nn è il mio meccanico di fiducia (lo è diventato),ma è dove ho fatto solo i tagliandi perché autorizzato e attaccato al capannone dove lavoro,si è subito occupato della mia situazione senza battere ciglio dicendomi che era un dovere,telefonando a Gabellini,spiegando tutta la situazione e in 3 giorni mi hanno fatto tutto in garanzia!!! Non mi hanno chiesto fatture ne dove ho fatto i tagliandi,tutto liscio come l’olio!!! Morale: CARSERVICE per pura ripicca e zero professionalità ha perso un cliente!!
