Ci troviamo e acquisto l’auto. Dopo una settimana vado a ritirarla e qui dopo la consegna mi accorgo che la telecamera posteriore non funziona . L’immediato intervento, di Daniele (referente dell’ottima officina ) non risolve il problema ma la disponibilità e la professionalità dimostrata mi rasserena. Concordiamo un intervento in garanzia presso una concessionaria Ford della mia zona ( abito a più di 200 km da Brescia ) e si fanno immediatamente carico delle spese rilasciandomi anche una garanzia scritta. Purtroppo i tempi per l’intervento non sono stati rapidissimi ma la settima scorsa finalmente in Ford mi sostituiscono la retrocamera fatturando l’intervento a AUTOUNICA come concordato e adesso l’auto è perfetta. Ho cercato parecchio questa macchina, ne ho viste diverse ma quella acquistata da AUTOUNICA e’a mio avviso la migliore ad un prezzo correttissimo. Ammetto che il problema della retrocamera mi aveva infastidito non poco ma il modo in cui Daniele si è fatto parte attiva e il supporto che mi ha sempre dato mi porta ad essere pienamente soddisfatto e posso dire serenamente che ho trovato una ottima realtà fatta da professionisti del settore.
