Comincio dicendo che ho scelto Autounica per l'acquisto di una Kuga di sett/2020 convinto dalle tante recensione positive, purtroppo però non posso definirmi un cliente soddisfatto. L'auto da subito mi ha dato un sacco di problemi. Accensione della spia motore AD UN'ORA DAL RITIRO DELL'AUTO e il giorno prima della partenza per le ferie estive (a 1.000 km da casa sono stato costretto a rivolgermi ad un' officina convenzionata e all'utilizzo di una piccola auto di cortesia per qualche giorno). Oltre al problema della spia motore che si è accesa più volte nel corso dei mesi, l'auto ha iniziato a fare un rumore strano proveniente dalla zona alternatore (auto diesel ibrida). Deduco che i controlli prevendita tanto pubblicizzati su questo usato non siano stati molto approfonditi. Oltre a questo l'auto aveva dei piccoli segni di carrozzeria (normali per un'auto usata) peccato che le riparazioni di questi segni siano state promesse alla firma del contratto dal venditore ma non tutte eseguite. Aggiungo la consegna dell'auto con qualche giorno di ritardo rispetto alla data concordata non si sa per quale motivo (col senno di poi presumo per riuscire a spegnere qualche spia....) Esattamente dal momento dell'acquisto, l'auto è stata più dal meccanico che nel mio garage con conseguenti nervosisimi vari. L'unica menzione positiva riguarda l'officina e il post vendita con Daniele e Federica che hanno sempre cercato di risolvere tutti i problemi dimostrandosi disponibili e attenti. Per fortuna la garanzia ha coperto ogni intervento ma oggi a maggio 2025 ho già venduto l'auto comprata a giugno 2024...nemmeno un anno, ci ho perso migliaia di euro ma me ne sono liberato prima che scadesse la garanzia e prima di doverci rimettere ulteriormente. Ringrazio i dipendenti sopra menzionati ma sicuramente non consiglio Autounica per il bidone di auto che mi ha venduto e che mi ha creato solo problemi. Dimenticavo ultime due cose... L'auto mi è stata venduta nel mese di giugno con gomme 'quattro stagioni', ho scoperto poi che le gomme montate erano invece invernali ed ero a rischio ritiro libretto. Non è stato possibile ricevere una certificazione dei km e per questo motivo in fase di vendita quest'auto mi è stata purtroppo valutata molto meno. The engine light came on within an hour of picking it up, and the day before leaving for summer vacation (being 1,000 km from home, I was forced to go to a partner garage and use a small courtesy car for a few days). In addition to the engine light coming on several times over the months, the car started making a strange noise coming from the alternator area (it's a diesel hybrid). I deduce that the much-publicized pre-sale checks on this used car weren't very thorough. Furthermore, the car had some small marks on the bodywork (normal for a used car). It's a shame that the repairs for these marks were promised by the seller at the time of signing the contract, but not all were carried out. I'd also add that the car was delivered a few days later than the agreed-upon date, for some unknown reason (in hindsight, I assume it was to turn off some warning lights...). Since the moment of purchase, the car has been at the mechanic's more often than in my garage, resulting in various issues. The only positive mention concerns the workshop and after-sales service, with Daniele and Federica always trying to resolve any issues, being helpful and attentive. Luckily, the warranty covered every repair, but today, in May 2025, I've already sold the car I bought in June 2024...not even a year later, I lost thousands of euros, but I got rid of it before the warranty expired and before I had to pay any more. I thank the employees mentioned above, but I definitely wouldn't recommend Autounica for the rubbish car they sold me, which has only caused me problems. I forgot to mention two last things... The car was sold to me in June with all-season tires. I later discovered that the tires were actually winter tires, and I was at risk of having my registration revoked. It wasn't possible to obtain a mileage certificate, and for this reason, unfortunately, the car was valued much lower at the time of sale. That's not all, but I think it's enough to give you an idea.
