Ci sarebbe così tanto da dire che parto da questi aggettivi: zero professionalità, zero efficienza, zero rispetto. Ho comprato un Audi q2 da loro, mi hanno dato una macchina con una spia motore accesa e un altro errore(pre-sense),ruote consumate, chiavi intelligente con pile scariche all’interno,problema al motore che ad oggi dopo più di tre mesi non sono riusciti a risolvermi mandandomi letteralmente avanti e indietro a “comprare il sale”. So che un problema può capitare a tutte le auto, anche ad un auto con soli 39000 km che mi hanno venduto tagliandata,ma mi sa che sto tagliando è stato solo un timbro su un foglio di carta, il problema è stato il post vendita del venditore,un certo Mario Ausiello,che nonostante io abbia usato sempre modi gentili ed educati ha sempre ed dico sempre cercato di prenderci in giro,senza nessuna chiarezza e senza nessun senso di responsabilità nei confronti di un cliente, per non parlare di tutto l’organigramma del gruppo piccirillo, abbiamo chiesto più e più volte di parlare con un responsabile, anche per telefono o via mail,ma niente, in tre mesi niente nemmeno una chiamata o una risposta. Ad oggi 28 gennaio ho ritirato l’auto da un car service portata da loro, e ho dovuto pagare le pastiglie dei freni che erano consumate dopo appena 200km fatti per una macchina che ho utilizzato solo ed esclusivamente per cercare di risolvere i vari problemi in giro per i vari car service a loro affiliati. Consiglierei al mio venditore(Mario Ausiello) di cambiare mestiere e a tutto il gruppo di cambiare nome e chiamarsi “gruppo Piccolino” per la caratura delle persone che ci sono all’interno, veramente piccole piccole di spessore sia lavorativo che umano.
