Non sono disposti a concedere auto sostitutiva nei giorni di riparazione. Per avere l'auto riparata il prima possibile prima, ed il controllo previsto dalla garanzia poi, ho dovuto faticare non poco al telefono. Oltre la frustrazione di non riuscire ad ottenere ciò per cui si è pagato e la sensazione di sentirsi fregato, devo purtroppo segnalare anche alcune offese ricevute al telefono. Capisco che gli inconvenienti possano sopraggiungere, ma non sembrano essere consapevoli che la pessima cura del cliente si traduce sempre in una cattiva pubblicità. Ora sono ben 2 mesi che sono in attesa del secondo anno di garanzia e dopo innumerevoli telefonate e messaggi penso di aver perso ogni speranza... suggerirei almeno di non promettere servizi alla vendita che poi non vengono mantenuti.
