Esperienza negativa presso officina autorizzata * Ho portato la mia Fiat Panda (58.000 km acquistata NUOVA nel 2019 presso questa azienda) nella loro officina autorizzata per un presunto problema alla guarnizione della testata (diagnosi fatta da me ovviamente). * Ho chiesto di far dare un' occhiata ad un meccanico per un confronto, per spiegargli e fargli vedere da dove perdesse acqua ( ho chiesto scusa di essermi presentato di buon'ora senza appuntamento ma per me era una emergenza, ero disposto a lasciarla anche qualche giorno in più o a riportarla in un altro momento) e mi risponde che era troppo presto (8:00) e che avrei dovuto aspettare i meccanici alle 8:30... Dopo mezz'ora di inutile attesa lo stesso tizio che mi ha detto di aspettare i meccanici mi risponde: "e che vedono a fare i meccanici, se perde acqua dalla testata ci vogliono almeno 2000€ (ammesso fosse stata la guarnizione della testata), poi dipende, se il monoblocco ha ceduto in qualche parte arriviamo a 4000€...🤣 Senza neanche visitare l'auto, nonostante abbia chiesto l'intervento visivo e il confronto con uno dei meccanici, il commerciale o chiunque esso sia seduto nell' ufficio ha dato la diagnosi verbale... di "almeno 2000€ 🥸 * Sconvolto dalla cifra spropositata, mi sono rivolto a un altro meccanico. * Con una semplice occhiata, il secondo meccanico ha diagnosticato il problema: era solo la valvola termostatica, con un costo di riparazione di 60 €...protettivo antigelo compreso. * Pessima esperienza: trattamento inaccettabile da parte dell'officina autorizzata, che non ha dimostrato professionalità e competenza. * Conseguenze: mai più acquisterò un'auto da questa ditta e non mi rivolgerò mai più a loro per l'assistenza. L'atteggiamento arrogante e la mancanza di professionalità dell'officina autorizzata mi hanno lasciato sconvolto e amareggiato.
